What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel inside the app. Free cancellation rules depend on how close to the booking you cancel — they're clearly shown before you confirm.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute inside the app. The NannyNow team mediates, and payments are held until the dispute is resolved.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We follow South Africa's POPIA data-protection law. Messaging stays in-app, and we never share your phone number or address with a nanny you haven't booked.
